We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and adjustments might be needed. At Treats2eat, we aim to offer flexibility to our valued customers. Should there be a need to modify your order, please ensure you contact us a minimum of 7 days before your event.
In the event that cancellation becomes necessary, we ask that you inform us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. On doing so, we will be able to provide a full refund or, if you prefer, store credit.
If a cancellation request is made within a period less than 7 days before your event, we are unable to offer a full refund due to the perishable nature of our products. However, we will issue a store credit which will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the day of cancellation.
Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We strive to provide the highest quality products and service, and we thank you for your understanding. Your sweet satisfaction remains our priority.
