Delivery

Where do you deliver?

The following options are available upon checkout:

  • Pick-up from our home kitchen in the suburb of Berwick (Victoria)​ at no cost
  • Delivery within: City of Casey - $10
  • Delivery within: City of Frankston, City of Greater Dandenong, Shire of Cardinia - $15
  • Delivery within: City of Kingston, City of Monash, City of Knox, City of Whitehorse, City of Maroondah - $20
  • Delivery within: City of Bayside, City of Glen Eira, City of Stonnington, City of Boroondara, Manningham, Baw Baw Shire, Banyule, Darebin - $30
  • Delivery within: Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Ranges, Yarra City, CBD, Port Phillip - $40

Online Shop

How does your business & website work?

We operate our business from our council registered domestic kitchen in Berwick.

Our popular products are available to be viewed & ordered from our online shop. (orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days prior to your required delivery)

Alternatively, if you have a different dessert in mind for your event, please contact Krissy anytime to discuss your special requirements.

What type of functions do you cater for?

We provide dessert catering for any occasion including: weddings, birthday parties, engagement parties, high tea parties, christenings and wakes.

 

Location

Do you have a retail store where I can walk in and purchase a delicious treat on the spot?

Yes, we have a Treats2eat stall at the Berwick Farmers Market (every 2nd Saturday of the month), and the Bonbeach Farmers Market (every 2nd Sunday of the month). Here we will have a selection of our most popular treats to try and buy!

Otherwise, you are welcome to buy from our online store anytime.

Flavour

Your desserts look beautiful, but do they taste good too?

At Treats2eat our qualified pastry chef with over 15 years experience makes all of our desserts to order. That means we're baking them when you order them. We only use fresh ingredients, including butter, milk, flour, sugar, eggs and lots of love!
This means our cakes not only look beautiful, but they also taste delicious - see what our happy clients are saying!

 

Ordering

How do I place my order?

We take orders through our secure online shop, by phone or through our contact page.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We would like as much lead-time as possible, but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we’ll try to get it done for you!

As a minimum requirement online orders must be placed no less than 7 days prior to your function date.

If possible, we ask that you give us at least 4 to 6 weeks notice on any specialty cake orders.

 

Dessert Stand Hire

Do you hire out dessert towers/stands?

Yes we certainly do! Just click here for all stands

We currently have seven types available:

Macaron Stand:          Adjustable Height: 50 to 237 Macarons

What is the cost of tower hire?

With every dessert order each stand costs $25 to hire for the weekend (a $300 bond is also required).
Tower hire is also available on its own for $50 (with a $300 bond).

How does the hire work?

We will deliver the stand with your order, or pick-up is available from Berwick.
If hiring for the weekend, the stand must be returned to us in the same condition on Monday or Tuesday.
If stands are returned broken, chipped or changed in any way (including do-it-yourself fixing services), the bond ($300) will be charged in full.
All stands must be returned by 5pm on Tuesday. For those not returned on time, there will be a $20/day late fee, charged until the stand is returned.


Payment

Is a deposit required when placing an order?

Full payment is required to secure your order when placed.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept: credit card (online), cash, cheques, paypal, bank transfer.

 

Order Modifications

Can I change my order, flavour or design?

Yes, we certainly can try and help you.

If the exact product you are after is not listed in our shop, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Alternatively, you can purchase a similar product at our shop, and request the changes you wish to be made - we will do our very best to assist.
