Meet The Pastry Chef

Hello, and welcome to my world of delicious mini desserts!

My name is Krissy, I am an industry qualified chef, specialising in pastry.

I have worked in various hotels & restaurants throughout Melbourne in my early career.

After initially making novelty cakes for friends in my late 20s, I felt that I had a deeper passion for creating exciting mini desserts such as: Macarons, Dessert Cups, Tarts, Eclairs & Petit Fours.

My husband & I officially launched our business back in 2007. And I am very proud to say that we are now one of Melbourne's leading mini dessert caterers.

Working from my council-certified home kitchen gives me the flexibility to spend more time with my two adorable children (Brody & Talia). Our family business really is a team effort. My husband (Michael) assists with all the technology, deliveries, & marketing. Whilst our Son & Daughter are always happy to try out my new desserts of course! 

All my delectable products are handmade using fresh ingredients, and baked with heaps of love.
