• Storage: Due to the mixed contents (custard, buttercream), products must be kept refrigerated. Best consumed same day of pickup/delivery (Macarons may last longer, but the rest of the pack is same-day recommended).

• Because we bake every component fresh to order, we require a minimum notice of 7 days. For weekend events, we recommend ordering 2–4 weeks in advance.

• Free pickup is available from our Berwick, VIC kitchen.
